Granny Square #10 – Flower Granny Square.

Pretty flowers for July! This square is best made with a variety of different colours. I’ve used various colours for the flower part with meadow and pistachio green from the SSDK range. If you want to make your flowers with colours inspired by Sussex wildflowers check out my Wildflower Gallery for ideas.

Granny Squares using stone, buttermilk, toy, vintage peach, pale rose, cream, pistachio and meadow.

To make the petals and leaves we will be using cluster stitches. If you are unsure how to make a cluster stitch start with Granny Square #7 where I give full instructions in both US and UK terms.
